Service is too slow I went with my mother twice They took forever to served usOnce they served us the food they ignored us.I do not recommend this place.

We left. They were out of oysters, grouper and scallops. BUT, they are closing for season and we understand. Heard good things about the restaurant.

Place was great food is good the drinks are better in the service was outstanding

The service was good but the food isn’t fresh. If someone has to wear reading glasses it would be very easy to miss the old lettuce leaves in their garden salad. Which, by the way, only had four small slices of cucumber, two cherry tomatoes, and four shavings of carrot apart from greens likely from a tired old bag of salad. A lot of the dishes on the menu are fried.

My families “go to” for every trip to Surfside Beach! Dining experience -food - service is always wonderful!

I met a friend for lunch and we sat outside on the large porch. This restaurant is directly ocean front and it was delightful. wWe had a pleasant ocean breeze, and a gorgeous view of the ocean. The staff was attentive and our food was spot on in presentation and flavor. The prices are also reasonable and affordable. The Conch Cafe gets a five star because they earned it! Thank you, we will definitely be back again!

The view from the deck was amazing. Ordered the prime rib, and it was cooked fantastically. Our waiter was overloaded with tables, but our cups never went empty, and he was extremely attentive, even to our little ones. I spoke with the manager and couldnt believe it was the waiters first year!! I suggest calling ahead, I made reservations in the morning and we were seated right away at exact the table I asked for. Others who were just walking up had an hours wait. This is definitely a place I look forward to returning to in the future!!!

We were traveling with our dog. I called in advance to make sure there was no issue bringing him along. I was surprised to see a "NO PETS" sign at the entrance when we arrived. I went upstairs to the hostess, who told me that dogs on leash are fine, as long as they are on the deck and not inside the restaurant. Whew! We ordered conch fritters as a starter. They were tasty, but could have used a bit more conch. DH had the small seafood platter with shrimp and flounder. It was hardly a small serving! It came with plenty of fresh fries. I had the shrimp po' boy, which was absolutely delicious. The deck has a great view of the ocean. We were favored with a gentle sea breeze during our lunch. Service was somewhat rushed, but it was a very busy day.

It was Ok. Your typical and standard food in Surf Side. The have a decent menu to order from. Most of the seafood is fried. But it's good and you can make a reservation to sit outside which has a beautiful view of the ocean !

Omg I wish I took my phone with me when we had lunch here. First off the frozen drinks are amazing and the prices are really good too for being right on the beach. The lunch we had was also proceed really well and was really delicious. The French fries where awesome. Definitely worth stopping by.

The Conch Cafe has fresh Seafood and numerous other items. The staff is wonderful. Sometimes they have music. It’s a must, to go to at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina!!

Best seafood I've ever had. Great service. Beach front eating can't be beat. Inside is really nice, but for best experience, I suggest dining outside on their very large covered porch.

Awesome beachfront location. Basic but good food. Small bar serving good drinks.

Beautiful venue right on the ocean. Deck dining as well as inside dining. Golf cart parking lot. Food was delicious.

I loved everything about it - oceanfront, delicious food, relaxed atmosphere, nice servers. Flounder sandwich and fries is the best I ever had. Shared the fried seafood platter which was delicious and enough for 2. Fried things are lightly fried and not at all greasy. Ate there twice during my 4 day stay. If I have more time will try everything on the menu. She crab soup is delicious had it both times.

Our waitress Elizabeth was amazing, the whole staff was friendly. Great food and best view ever!

Good food at a nice little local place with a great view. What more could you want? Service was okay, but they were busy the day we visited. Would have given them 5 stars, but my glass sat empty for a while. Food almost earned them that other star though. Pay them a visit, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Would be nice if someplace had fried conch and not conch fritters, it IS the conch cafe.

Best food in town!! People say they had to wait... Of course!! So many people want to have the best food at the beach... They'll wait gladly!! I did and enjoyed the fantastic food, the best service, and oh, what a wonderful view!!

Really great service!!! The BBQ sandwich was great. The burger delicious. We also enjoyed a fried shrimp po boy! The pitcher of margaritas didn't disappoint. The only so so item was the conch fritters which we about 90% breading and bland. We'll definitely return!

Great food and service, cold beer and an amazing oceanfront view. What else can you possibly need? The seafood is prepared just like I like it, fried! But if you like they will broil it for you. The Salad Trio is a wonderful mix of chicken, seafood and pasta. They run daily specials like Prime Rib and Seafood Chowder. The waitstaff is very attentive and the bartenders are supreme mixologist. This place has everything!

Just stopped for a quick lunch. Couple of beers and a crab cake sandwich. Gorgeous full ocean front views. Highly recommend

We arrived around 4:30 during a thunderstorm so it wasn't very crowded. We chose the safe route by eating inside from the storm. The "Yardbird" taste awesome and kids got the chicken fingers and fries. Our autistic son even liked the fries. My wife had the chicken salad sandwich which she enjoyed, so did my daughter with the 2 bites that she took of it. We'd eat here again and hopefully next time be able to enjoy the ocean front seating.

Great place. Food is good, service was great. Food came out piping hot. My favorite thing is their she crab soup. Our server was Jackie and she was super efficent and nice. Nothing better than a great meal with the ocean as your scenery!!!

It's a great place to grab lunch it's right on the beach and has a nice outdoor seating area. It gets super busy so it's best to go early like as soon as they open. Their portions are very good sized and the price is reasonable the staff is also very nice.

We had been to several other seafood types out in the myrtle Beach area, so we wanted to try something new... And I think we found a hidden treasure.My family loved the coziness on the ocean front, but the food is why we will be back.Loved the fried platter... Scallops were the best! Fish was quite tasty too! Buffalo shrimp appetizers, just perfect.If I had a complaint, it would be no clam strips, but the calamari filled the void.

Nice environment, good food, very friendly staff, reasonable prices. My only regret was not getting a seat outside on their deck. Eating inside was fine, AC was welcoming. You can't beat the peaceful view on their deck. It helps you're under a roof so you're not in direct sunlight. The wait for an outside table was the only reason we chose to eat inside. Our waitress was helpful, informative, and very friendly. The food was tasty and well portioned.

The beach Views Here are breathtaking! Everything else is pretty average, from the food to the drinks to the prices. Although The Service I’ve had has always been good, the frozen drinks are delicious and it’s the only oceanfront restaurant around which I am always thankful for when they’re open! I live in OSV and it’s nice knowing I can take any of my visitors here for a good view and some food within walking or bike riding distance in the summer!

Great location! Food was tasty and pretty reasonable.

Good fried seafood. Great grouper fingers and sampler platters. Good selection of in-house mixed drinks and beer by the pitcher. Prices are reasonable for the view of the surf. I'll be back next trip to MYR.

The food, view, and service is great! I always get the flounder sandwich which is incredible. They give you a large piece of flounder with fries for a good price for the amount of food you get. The servers are always very nice and polite. Whether you sit inside or outside, there is a breathtaking view of the ocean. I have been eating at this place for years and come back every time I’m in town.

The seafood salad was outstanding. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. The view of the ocean was awesome.

Great ambiance and okay service, but the kind of food they offer and for their prices makes it seem more like a tourist trap. Visited based on a recommendation and curiosity, but I should have listened to my neighbors dislikes. Had the club sandwich and a salad and could have easily made the same quality meal for a fraction of the cost. A couple of my companions had similar experiences. Also, the tight parking made me think the food would be better. If you visit, either go for the appetizers as your meal or be willing to pay a pretty penny for your food.

A friend and I ate here this morning when we arrived in Marathon. We both ordered the egg and cheese sandwich. It came out hot and we were able to tell it was made to order. It was a little too greasy for us, but it was still enjoyable.

Great Local atmosphere. We made a reservation over the phone and were seated as soon as we arrived. Server and staff were very helpful and friendly. I got the seafood sampler for $29. The food was well prepared and had a good taste. Tried the homemade Key Lime pie for desert. Overall great place to go for a local favorite.

We have been going here for about twenty years. Always good food and service. Everytime were in Myrtle we go here. We also tell others to go here as well.This time, we got treated to a wedding on the beach! So, if you were the people or know then, please tell them congrats for us!

Neat place, right on the beach! Indoor and outdoor seating. Waitress, Adrienne, was very nice and efficient. Food id mid-priced and very good but . . . I ordered fish tacos but couldn't eat them as tacos because the tortillas fell apart from the moisture -- but they tasted good! Go and enjoy, just don't order the tacos.

Been going there since '84? Always a good experience. Want to point out one thing. I think there is a foul up with your menu. I clicked on menu and there was no mention of steaks, soup and so forth. Doing yourself a disservice by not listing your full menu. Jim

Easter weekend Saturday -- Before we got to the restaurant, the staff was kind enough to call us and ask if we would rather sit inside since the covered patio was very windy. That was a kind gesture. The restaurant is right on the beach so the video was spectacular. The menu had lots of different options for all the folks in our party. The combination platters are enough for 2 adults. The food was excellent and served in a reasonable time frame. The wait staff was attentive.

Always a nice place for lunch or dinner. Right on the beach. Outdoor seating. Friendly, attentive service. Good food. Kid-friendly. We recommend fish tacos and seafood salad.

The food was absolutely amazing and wait staff was attentive and friendly. We ate on the deck over looking the ocean and even though it was a hot day, the breeze from the sea was very cooling. This was my first visit and I'm looking forward to many more!

Had a great meal! My wife and I shared the Seafood Platter and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Shrimp and scallops were “off the chain”! More than enough for two people! We sat on the outside deck and enjoyed the sunset!

Always love this place. When Covh opens every year my wife and I go for shrimp cocktail and the appetizer sampler platter. We both work in restaurants and this is just our way we start the season. Great place and view. Staff is always friendly. Jackie is the best server though. We always ask for her.

Beautiful view of the beach and water awaits you from the covered deck. The frozen cocktails we're refreshing and our server was very attentive while we relaxed sipping drinks. Menu isn't large but offers a nice variety of things to dine on for a reasonable price. Plenty of free parking.
